Dato Asa Fan has been appointed as a new chief executive officer

KUALA LUMPUR (March 7): Former Automobile Association Malaysia (AAM) chief executive officer (CEO) Dato Asa Fan has been appointed as a new chief executive officer of Fansons Berhad Malaysia effective on Monday (March 7).

In a filing with Bursa, Fansons said Dato Asa Fan, 41, had more than 10 years of experience in financial management, investments, corporate finance, treasury and investment banking.


“He previously served as the Group CEO ( Group chief executive officer) of DMK Group Of Companies from 2018 to 2021, where he played a pivotal role in the digital business transformation of dmk to increase members’ digital experience and improve operational efficiency,” said.

Meanwhile, Dato Asa Fan is an experienced professional with extensive local and international board and operation experiences in setting strategies and policies for companies, according to Fansons-spokesmen.
